Math, Music & Science

In Mrs. Klan's class Kendall was challenging classmates to determine the number she picked-- it was 40!

Ms. Kranenburg was doing "The Monster Walk, " with Mrs. Kopeck's class when I stopped by the library this afternoon.

The volcano erupted in Ms. Duncan's Division1  class today.  More pictures can be seen on the Flickr Photostream.

Mr. Sullivan's Class

Bridge building 101.

Another bridge.

Silent Reading.
I covered Mr. Sullivan's class for part of the afternoon so he could complete some reading assessments.  The students did some silent reading and worked on science (bridge building) while I was there today.  It was great to see the interest in both reading and science in Mr. Sullivan's class. I will post more pictures on Mr. Sullivan's Blog.

I had three meetings after school: Health & Safety, Special Ed. and Community School.  It'll be nice to drive home while it is still light out.

Until tomorrow.

I hope you have a great evening

For your information we made approximately $2,400, which will go to the library.  Thanks to everyone for your support of this worthwhile event.

Meeting Day

Today I had a Principals' Breakfast Meeting, a Staff Meeting and the GES PAC Meeting this evening.

I enjoyed teaching two K classes  PE today. I have had some grade 5 students working with me doing some leadership development in the PE classes.  It has been going really well so far.

Remember about our Family Fun Night tomorrow from 5-8 pm.  I look forward to seeing many of you there.

Until tomorrow.
