Valentines Dance a Success

200 or so students dancing away!

The Valentines Dance was a huge success.  Thanks to all of the staff and students involved in organizing and/or volunteering to make it a memorable dance.  Bravo to our students on your excellent behaviour.

Girls' Basketball Team Successful vs Langdale





Our girls played quite well  in their basketball game against Langdale this afternoon.  The girls did a great job passing and playing solid defence.  Well done girls!

Fast ForWord Meeting this Evening at 6:30 pm

There will be an information meeting about the Fast Forword Program, for  parents and guardians of students identified as candidates for this program,  being offered to our students by SD 46 teacher, Frank Thorburn.

The meeting will be in the Fast ForWord Room, which is next to the Computer Lab/Library, at 6:30 pm.

Mrs. Sullivan's K students were engaged in "Letter" activities when I stopped by this morning.  The students were using stamps and letter cut outs to make their names.  The students were really enjoying the activity.
