Owl Pellet Dissection in Mrs. Hourigan's Class

The scientists in Mrs. Hourigan's class were finding some interesting things in the owl pellet they were dissecting.  They were really excited about what they were seeing.  I have included more photos in the Flickr Photostream.  Enjoy the pictures!

Mrs. Kopeck read "The Pigeon Finds a Hot Dog," when I stopped by her class today. The students really enjoyed it.

It was good fun visiting Mrs. Kopeck's class followed by Mrs. Klan's class. The students were really engaged in their learning, in a very positive way.

Kindergarten PE Today

We had our Grade Five helpers for our K PE blocks today.  It went very well and the level of activity was high.  Bravo to everyone!!

I hope that everyone enjoys their evening.  Spend some time over dinner talking about some things that your children learned at school today.

Kindergarten Students on Field Trip

Mrs. Sullivan's students were excited about their first field trip today-- they are on their way to SuperValu.  It is great to see them so excited about the field trip.  Thanks to the parents who are assisting Mrs. Sullivan and Mrs. Tattrie on this venture.
